XJTLU biomedical AI research group
Visual Intelligence and Biomedical Exploration
We are a research group focused on visual intelligence and medical image analysis. Our work starts from real biomedical and clinical problems, with the goal of making AI methods that can move from research prototypes into practical, trustworthy use. We also care about the craft of research software: tools should be technically strong, visually clear, and genuinely easy for people to use.
Whole-slide image analysis, tissue phenotyping, diagnostic support, and quantitative pathology.
Microscopy, denoising, segmentation, representation learning, and visual measurement.
Learning from images, clinical context, reports, molecular signals, and other biomedical data.
Datasets, software, models, demos, and interfaces that make research outputs easier to evaluate and reuse.
